Wreck-It Ralph is a 2012 animated film created by Disney and Walt Disney Animation Studios. Sega characters feature amongst the guest characters.

- Dr. Eggman, Neff and Cyril from the House of the Dead are members of Bad-Anon, Ralph's villain help group.
- Sonic the Hedgehog appears in a Public Service Announcement advert in Game Central Station where he warns his fellow video game characters to try not to die outside of their game as they will not be able to respawn. Sonic is also hit by Ralph's escape pod causing him to scatter rings everywhere and seen attending Felix and Calhoun's wedding near the end of the film.
- Sonic and Eggman also appear in the credits sequence.
- Alongside Sonic, Eggman and Neff, Tails, Centurion in his Werewolf form, Gilius Thunderhead and Joe Musashi appear in illustrated portraits in Tappers Bar.
- An arcade cabinet of Sonic the Fighters and Altered Beast are seen in Litwak's Arcade. The Sonic the Fighters cast cameo here as a result.

- Sonic and Cyril are the only two Sega characters who have speaking lines in the film.
- Wreck-It-Ralph appears as a playable character alongside Sonic and Eggman in Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed.
