Modes[]

  • World Tour: In this mode players create one male and one female tennis player and attempt to jump up the ranks to become number 1. In between tournaments, players can engage in mini game challenges to up their players skill level.
  • Quick Match: The game selects the tennis players and court and throws the player into a quick match.
  • Ball Games: A selection of mini games using the tennis mechanics.
  • Tournament: Players select their tennis player and try to win a tournament by winning six matches. Courts are selected automatically.
  • Exhibition: The player selects their tennis player, the opponent and court for a single game.
  • Multiplayer: Players can use the PlayStation Portable's Wifi to link up to three others for a vs. multiplayer game.

Trivia[]

  • Sarah Bailey and Carolina Relandini are not real tennis players. Many critics showed disappointment about the inclusion of two fictional female tennis players when there were plenty of top players in the Women's Tennis Association to choose from.
  • One player changes on the box art for each region:
    • The North American boxart includes Venus Williams
    • The European boxart includes Tim Henman
    • The Australian boxart includes Lleyton Hewitt
