Shiva (シバ, Shiba) is a recurring character from the Streets of Rage series, appearing as a boss since Streets of Rage 2. He formerly acted as Mr. X's right-hand man in the Syndicate Crime Organization in Streets of Rage 2 and Streets of Rage 3. He has turned over a new leaf in Streets of Rage 4 and lives a humble life running his own dojo.
