Sega Splash! Golf (セガ スプラッシュ！ ゴルフ) was a free to play Windows game released by Sega exclusively in Japan in April 2008. The game's servers shut down in February 2009.
Gameplay[]
Players would pick between two characters, Rusk (male) and Miel (female), to create their golfing avatar and be able to customise them with unique outfits which would affect their effectiveness as golfers.
The game featured eight player online versus golf games, and a 50 player chat server allowing players to interact with one another.
One of the most notable features was the caddies being famous Sega characters. As you progressed, they'd gain experience and knowledge on golf and be able to give you better tips and advice regarding your golf game.
