Samba De Amigo: Party Central is a 2023 game released for the Nintendo Switch. The game was first shown on the Nintendo Direct on February 8th, 2023 and released alongside the Apple Arcade exclusive Samba De Amigo: Party-To-Go.
Gameplay[]
Players use the Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons to simulate Amigo's maracas, timing their moves with the on screen beat to rack up points similar to previous titles in the Samba De Amigo franchise.
Single player has the standard Samba De Amigo Rhythm Game mode and also a mode known as 'Streamigo!' in which Amigo becomes a streamer and attempts to grow his brand and obtain followers by completing song challenges successfully.
Two players can play per Switch, with upto four playing together via online for song battles.
The game also features a knock out battle royal mode known as 'World Party Mode' where upto 20 players compete online to be the last Amigo standing.
Players can customise their Amigo avatar with dozens of outfits including ones based off of Sonic, Tails, AiAi, Amitie and Morolian.
