Robo Bonanza, known as Mike Bonanza in the North American version, is one of main protagonists of Bonanza Bros.. He is the older brother of Mobo and one half of the Bonanza Bros., and the character Player 1 controls.
Robo is tall and thin with yellow skin. His hands are shaped like that of a LEGO minifigure, being a smooth clamp like shape. His face is mostly featureless apart from a nose that holds his rectangular sunglasses up. HIs body has a plastic like quality to it. He wears a red sleeveless shirt, with what appears to be a white cravat, black pants and shoes. Like all characters in the Bonanza Bros. series, he lacks any legs, meaning his body floats above his feet. He is rarely seen without his megaphone shaped gun.
Some artwork has Robo looking more like a regular human complete with eyes, ears, a mouth, eyebrows, legs, regular hands and a more peach colored skin tone.
History[]
Robo and his brother are contacted one day for a big job. Badville needs cleaning up and cleaning out, and only the Bonanza Bros. are said to have the skills to steal all the valuables from the corrupt individuals running the city.
Their crime spree takes them first to the bank, followed by a mansion, a casino, the mint, a department store, an underground vault, a jewelry store, a laboratory, a luxury liner, an antique shop and a pyramid.

Trivia[]
According to the manuals of the European Master System version and U.S. Gold home computer ports, Robo is described as being the more crafty and intelligent one of the brothers.
The North American Genesis version of Bonanza Bros. has Mobo and Robo work as security officers instead of thieves, and their mission is to test the security of various establishments. Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing rectifies this by saying they are thieves.
In the home console versions of Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing, Robo is the driver and Mobo is the passenger that performs the All Star move, but in the DS version, Mobo is the driver and Robo takes over All Star duties. Due to DS limitations Robo does not appear in the car with Mobo during gameplay, only appearing when the All Star move begins.
Robo and Mobo make a cameo appearance in one of the minigames in the PS2 port of Puzzle & Action: Tant-R, where they are seen in a bar talking to the 1P detective.
