Trivia[]
- A Light Phaser style gun is used by the protagonists in the Sega backed anime Zillion, although it's unconfirmed whether the Light Phaser is based off the Zillion anime's guns or whether the Light Phaser inspired the shape of the guns in the anime.
- A Light Phaser style light gun toy was Tectoy's first Sega related product it distributed to Brazil. The success of this lead Sega to give Tectoy the distribution rights for Brazil, leading to the Master System becoming the longest running console of the region.
