Jack Frost is based off the English folktale of a spirit who brings about the winter and forms ice crystals on windows.
In his debut in Megami Tensei II, Jack Frost is depicted as chubby snowman wearing a red hat with a yellow band, a blue and white striped scarf. He carries a red umbrella with white polkadots and wears a pair of red boots.
His design from Shin Megami Tensei onwards has him with a body as large as his head. He wears a white trimmed blue bonnet with a pair of jester like horns and matching ruff around his neck. He has a small dog like tail, and blue boots.
A particular Jack Frost known as Hee-ho-kun wears a unique school uniform in Shin Megami Tensei: if... which includes a brown-black coat, and matching peaked military styled hat. He also wears black trousers and shoes.
Hee-ho-kun when transformed into Black Frost appears as a regular Jack Frost, but far far larger than a regular one, and it's white snow like body has become black and coal like, although his teeth remain white. The blue uniform also transforms into a purple variant, and it's eyes and mouth are red.

Jack Frost is a reoccurring recruitable demon/persona throughout the Megami Tensei and Persona series.

SBK: Snowboard Kids: Jack Frost is an unlockable character. He can be unlocked by beating him in a Grade B Exhibition race of World Tour Challenge. He must then be bought from the shop for 75,000 Points. A Black Frost variant is also unlockable by beating him in a Grade A Exhibition race of World Tour Challenge and then buying him from the shop for 200,000 Points. Black Frost has far higher stats than Jack Frost.
Chain Chronicle: Jack Frost alongside Jack-O-Lantern appeared as an enemy during the Persona 5 event.
Etrian Odyssey II: Heroes of Lagaard: The main female gunner design has a Jack Frost badge on her hat.

Megami Tensei series producer Cozy Okada has stated his favourite demon in the series is Jack Frost.
A statue of Jack Frost is in the reception area of Sega Sammy's HQ representing Atlus, alongside one of Sonic the Hedgehog (representing Sega), Red (representing Rovio) and Aliyan (representing Sammy).
In Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers, attendants of the virtual attraction dress up in Jack Frost outfits.
