Harrier is a muscular human man with spiked blond hair, wearing a red and white skintight shirt, blue jeans, black gloves and boots and a pair of sunglasses. He is often seen with his space gun.
Harrier is mentioned in Fantasy Zone II DX bad ending. In it he alongside Uriah approach the Fantasy Zone to eliminate Opa-Opa, their former friend, after he had fallen to the darkness and began to destroy the Fantasy Zone.
Harrier appears as one of the battery depleted screens on the Game Gear Micro.
