- Her armor in the first game comes from a company called Landwing Sports Wear. Her bathing suit-styled underarmor comes from a company called Maxam.
- Grace is the first African-American Fighting Vipers character. The second is Charlie.
- Much like Jane, Grace appears to be inspired by the character Dorothy "Tootie" Ramsey from the 1980s private school sitcom series The Facts of Life, as portrayed by actress Kim Fields-Freeman. In the series' first seasons, Tootie was depicted as strolling around on skates, which was done for Kim Fields to boost her height to match the rest of her peers.
