Giganto is a character of Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a boss fight in Sonic Frontiers, and the Titan of Kronos Island.

Giganto was created by the Ancients to protect them from The End.
Sonic Frontiers[]
Over the thousand years later, in Sonic Frontiers, Sage made it so that Giganto has a ton of anger towards Sonic the Hedgehog, who was trying to restore his friends from Cyberspace. However, Sonic collected the seven Chaos Emeralds and became Super Sonic, and destroyed Giganto.
Boss fight[]
First Encounter[]
Giganto is first encountered as regular Sonic. The player needs to homing attack some big rocks to reach Giganto’s head and then attack it. However, Sonic is not strong enough and gets punched across the map.
Second Encounter[]
After the player collects six Chaos Emeralds and solve the puzzle, they can fight Giganto again. The player must climb to its head and get the seventh Chaos Emerald to become Super Sonic. After going Super, they can fly and do damage to Giganto. The player can perform any moves, including the Grand Slam, which does considerable damage.
When Giganto reaches half health, it will shoot out lasers from its back and shoot out laser breath, where the player must mash the button to throw the laser breath out of the way. When Giganto loses all its health, a cutscene plays, showing Sonic cut a hole through Giganto, destroying the Titan.
