Notable characters and races[]
- Opbot (sometimes referred to as Opbot DV8)- A medical assistant robot who has appeared as a hero in Endless Space and Endless Legend, a playable character in Dungeon of the Endless, a hero in Endless Space 2 and the main character of Endless Zone.
- Horatio - A megalomaniacal eccentric billionaire former Mezari who escaped Auriga prior to it blowing up and took to the stars to clone himself into his own race. He, and his clones appear in Endless Space and Endless Space 2 as major playable factions, and are the main characters of Love Thyself: A Horatio story. The Endless comics also place Horatio at the events of Dungeon of the Endless.[1]
Trivia[]
- The games often include elements that interconnect to one another. For example Dungeon of the Endless has the surviving crew crash land onto Auriga, Auriga in turn becomes the planet Endless Legend takes place on, Auriga is destroyed and is a locatable planet that you can colonise the remains of in Endless Space 2.
