The E-Series are a series of elite robots created by Dr. Eggman replacing the Badnik line. They debute in Sonic Adventure and have be a reoccuring series of robots ever since.

SADX E-102 Gamma
E-102 Gamma Sonic Adventure E-102 Gamma (E-102γ), is one of the E-100 series robots created by Dr. Eggman. In Sonic Adventure, he is given the mission to collect Chaos Emeralds for Chaos after defeating his "Older brother", E-101 Beta. After witnessing the fate of Beta, Gamma slowly develops a conscience unique to the other E Series. Gamma decides to turn against Eggman, to "rescue" the other E-Series robots by defeating them and releasing the small animals used to power them.
E-100 ZERO
ZERO Sonic Adventure ZERO is tasked with hunting down a blue Flicky that is in possession of chaos emerald. Amy Rose runs into the Flicky at the beginning of her story in Sonic Adventure and promises to protect him. Throughout Amy's story, ZERO chases Amy throughout 3 stages, leading up to a final boss battle on the Egg Carrier.
Omega 2006
E-123 Omega Sonic Heroes E-123 Omega (E-123 Ω), bears a strong resemblance E-102 Gamma, who is part of the same robotics production line. In Sonic Heroes, he is out to destroy his creator Dr. Eggman, due to lack of respect and want for revenge. Omega is the 24th and last of Dr. Eggman's E-series robots.

E-101 Beta Sonic Adventure E-101 Beta is the first boss in E-102 Gamma's storyline in Sonic Adventure. While Beta went to the Final Egg shooting range to practice, Eggman finished constructing Beta's younger brother E-102 Gamma.
E-series MkII
E-101 Mark II Sonic Adventure E-101 Mark II bears a strong resemblance to its previous form in terms of body shape and color scheme, but has been heavily modified into an airborne fighting machine. It has a round black torso with a large white vertical stripe, a large muffler surrounding the pelvic area, and "101" printed in white on its left side.
E-103 Delta Sonic Adventure E-103 Delta is the second boss in E-102 Gamma's storyline in Sonic Adventure. To initiate the battle with Delta, approach Delta when reaching the end of Gamma's version of Windy Valley.
E-104 Epsilon Sonic Adventure E-104 Epsilon is the third boss in E-102 Gamma's storyline in Sonic Adventure. To initiate the battle with Epsilon, approach Epsilon when reaching the end of Gamma's version of Red Mountain.
E-105 Zeta Sonic Adventure, Miles "Tails" Prower E-105 Zeta is the fourth boss in E-102 Gamma's storyline in Sonic Adventure. After failing his first mission, Zeta got turned into a stationary defense unit in the engine room of the Egg Carrier. Soon after, he was destroyed by E-102 Gamma.
Egg Keeper Sonic Adventure Egg Keepers appear as badniks in Hot Shelter and Final Egg.
E-1000 Sonic Adventure 2 E-1000s act as relatively stationary sentries that will track the player's movements with their cannons.
E-01 Sonic Adventure 2 E-01 is the name of a very large, immobile, four-wheeled, cylindrical robotic unit that is the height of the central area of Death Chamber.
E102 gamma battle
Chaos Gamma Sonic Battle Chaos Gamma was constructed by Dr. Eggman as a part of the doctor's experiments using Chaos Emeralds on robot cores as power sources for his combat mechs.
E-121 Phi Sonic Battle E-121 Phi is the collective name for several robots built by Dr. Eggman based on Emerl. Dr. Eggman took the Gizoid's data and copied it to create the Phis.
E-2000 Sonic Heroes E-2000 appears at the end of the Egg Fleet stage and all over the Final Fortress stage. Most of the time, if an E-2000 is attacked, it will hold up its shield so that it cannot be damaged.
E-2000R Sonic Heroes E-2000R is another model of E-2000.
E-10000G Sonic Riders E-10000G is a robot created by Dr. Eggman. It was originally developed as a worker robot for the Egg Factory, but its mobility led to it being mass-produced as a series of charged battle robots.
E-10000R Sonic Riders E-10000R is a red robot jockey made for Extreme Gear racing by Dr. Eggman. It also serves as the leader unit for the E-10000G models.
E-10000Y Sonic Riders E-10000Y is a robot seen in the Egg Factory level of Sonic Riders.
E-10000B Sonic Free Riders E-10000B is a playable character in the Team Dark storyline. He replaces Omega as Team Dark's power character. Near the end of the game, he is revealed to be Metal Sonic in disguise.
