Chuck D. Head is the main protagonist of Decap Attack.
Appearance[]
Chuck is a large broad shouldered red mummy like monster creature with his face located in his torso. Most of the time his true face is covered by bandages apart from his eyes, but during certain attacks his large toothy mouth can be seen.
Despite having a face in his torso, Chuck also has a more traditional head in the form of a skull which he can throw as a weapon.
When Chuck is transformed into a human, he loses the second face in his chest, has a slightly more slender build, has blonde hair, blue eyes and goes by the name of Charlie.
History[]
Chuck D. Head was stitched together from someone, or rather several someones, by the mad, but benevolant scientist Dr. Frank N. Stein as a way to combat the demon Max D. Cap, who has come from the underworld to conquer the overworld using Dr. Stein's bizarre creations as his own personal army.

- Chuck D. Head had a long running comic strip in Sonic the Comic, being the longest non-Sonic story within the comic, running for five years.
