Carbuncle is a small, yellow rabbit-like creature with a red gem on his head (hence his name) and a big smile.
History[]
Carbuncle was originally the pet of Satan, but upon Arle Nadja defeating Satan in battle, she stumbled across the creature. The gem in Carbuncle's forehead is said to contain mystical magical powers. Rather than taking the gem for her own, Arle simply befriended Carbuncle and the two have been almost inseperable since.

Carbuncle appears in Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine with a slightly altered name 'Has Bean'. Has Bean looks basically the same as Carbuncle only brown or orange in hue.
Carbuncle appeared as a caddy partner in the Japan exclusive free to play social golf game, Sega Splash! Golf.
Carbuncle also appeared in Sonic Runners as an equippable buddy.
