The Blue Rogues, are the band of air pirates that Vyse commands. Generally speaking the Blue Rogues only attack Valuan Armada vessels that are larger than themselves and do not attack civilian or merchant ships.
Vyse - Captain of the Blue Rogues and son of former Blue Rogue captain, Dyne.
Aika - Long serving member of the Blue Rogues and childhood friend of Vyse's.
Fina - Silvite, kidnapped by the Valuan Armada who were after the Moon Crystals she was sent to locate. She joins Vyse and Aika after they rescue her.
Cupil - Fina's pet and living weapon. Cupil does most the physical fighting for Fina.
Drachma - A gruff old man, who is hunting Rhaknam, a giant arcwhale that destroyed his first ship, killed his crew including his own son, Jack, and robbed him of his arm and eye.
Gilder - An experienced pirate with playboy tendencies, Gilder treats Vyse like a younger brother, and despite his love of beautiful ladies is absolutely terrified of Clara, who is obsessed with him and believes he is her one true love, pursuing him wherever he goes.
Enrique - Prince of Valuan. Strongly disagrees with the ways his mother and fellow countrymen war against neighbouring countries and eventually joins Vyse to take up arms against his homeland.
Crew mates[]
Belle - A 16 year old cannoneer who joins Vyse upon her former captain, Clara's request to train under him.
Brabham - A 147 year old Engineer, who has both the skills and experience to back up his claims of being the greatest Engineer who ever lived.
Domingo - A lookout who has a competitive streak with Vyse and wishes to find all of Arcadia's discoveries.
Don - Former Valuan soldier, he becomes a helmsman for the Blue Rogues.
Hans - One of Centime's many adopted sons, Hans is a skilled mechanic.
Ilchymis - Former Valuan Scientist. Exiled himself after Valuan army attempted to push him into creating weapons for their army. Developed medicine for the poor who had no way to afford medicine.
Izmael - A 147 year old builder who is contracted by Gilder to fix up Vyse's base of operations.
Kalifa - A fortune teller who saw she must follow a man holding a Suiran Blade into the sky. Vyse leaves to get the blade, and recruit her. When her ability is activated players can obtain rare items from ship enemies.
Khazim - A gunner from Nasrad. Made it his mission to blow Valuan out the sky.
Kirala - 18 year old brash builder. She is the sister of Urala. Joins Vyse if he praises her work.
Lawrence - A cool and cynical lone wolf mercenary type. Vyse recruits him as a Helmsman for 10,000 gold. Upon realising what a big job being part of the Blue Rogues is, he regrets asking for such a low amount.
Marco - A 12 year old who lived in poverty, being forced to live in the sewers. He is the first crewmate Vyse and Aika recruit.
Merida - 18 year old dancer from Ixa'Taka. She joins Vyse in the hopes of avenging her father's death at the hands of the Valuan armada.
Moegi - The princess of Yafutoma. She and Enrique fall in love almost instantly, joining the crew after Vyse drives out a traitor looking to marry his son to her in order to cease power.
Osman - 50 year old merchant. She forced her way onto the crew, intent on making her fortune using Vyse's ship. She sets up a shop on Crescent Isle specialising in selling magic boxes.
Pinta - At the age of 10, Pinta is the youngest (human) member of the crew. He has his own RPG quest minigame in the Dreamcast version using the Dreamcast's VMU that allowed Pinta to gather very rare items. Due to the GameCube not having an equivalent this feature was removed in Skies of Arcadia Legends with the items obtainable through other methods.
Polly - Former barkeep, Polly becomes the ship's cook. She has a child with Robinson, Anne, who takes over her tavern when Polly joins Vyse.
Pow - A 3 year old Huskra, a purple dog like creature, Pow joined the crew because the children of Vyse and Aika's hometown demanded they take him with them. Essentially Vyse's pet dog.
Robinson - A sailor who was shipwrecked suffering from amnesia. If Polly is part of Vyse's crew, she will remind him of his past and name and their life together as husband and wife. He will join Vyse's crew upon regaining his memories.
Ryu-Kan - an artisan who will only speak to the worthy. Recruiting him will allow Vyse to obtain the Vorlik blade, the strongest weapon in the Dreamcast game(second strongest in the Gamecube version), but only if he manages to reach the rank of 'Vyse the Daring' first.
Tikatika - A lookout from Ixa'Taka. He joins the crew not out of revenge but wanting to use his incredible eyesight for something impressive...and to find the legendary Village of Women.
Urala - 15 year old cook, and sister of Kirala. Urala is the polar opposite to her sister in terms of personality, but will join the crew if Kirala joins first.
Other members[]
Centime - Father of many adopted children, Centime was left stranded on an island, and eventually imprisoned by the Valuan Armada but Vyse broke him out his cell. He repays Vyse for this by sabotaging an enemy ship allowing the Blue Rogues to get away.
Clara - Clara is Gilder's obsessive stalker, but also a talented pirate captain in her own right. She rescues Aika and Fina when they are seperated from Vyse during the Little Jack's evacuation. Belle is one of her subordinates.
Original Blue Rogues[]
Dyne - Vyse's father, Dyne helped raise Aika when she was younger too. A talented pirate captain, he took Vyse and Aika out on raids when they were younger and taught both of them everything he knows about being an air pirate. Originally second only to Gilder on Valuan's most wanted list. He is the captain of the original Blue Rogues.
Briggs - Dyne's vice captain. A member of Dyne's Blue Rogues crew.
Zack - Zack sells weapons to the Blue Rogues exclusively on their hideout at Crescent Isle. He is a member of Dyne's Blue Rogues crew.
Erinn - An item merchant who sells exclusively to the Blue Rogues. She is a member of Dyne's Blue Rogues crew.
Boris - Dyne's gunner, although his Japanese name indicates he's a swordsman. A member of Dyne's Blue Rogues crew.
Ben - Dyne's lookout. He is the first to spot Valuan invading Pirate Island, but fell from his post, evading capture through sheer dumb luck.
Matthew - Dyne's deckhand. Managed to sleep through Valuan's invasion and avoided capture through sheer dumb luck.
Landis - Dyne's navigator.
Luke - A raider member of Dyne's crew.
Patch - Dyne's other deckhand. Wears an eyepatch. He is married and is awaiting the birth of his child.
Mabel - The other raider specialist in Dyne's crew. Only female member of Dyne's crew. She disappears after Pirate Isle is attacked.
Timmus - Dyne's other gunner. Also married.
Peter - Dyne's deckswabber. He disappears after Pirate Isle is attacked.
Vyse, Aika, Fina, Drachma, Gilder, Enrique, Cupil (and a Hamachou) appeared as guests for a poker tournament in Guru Guru Onsen 2 as part of a celebratory event for the first anniversary of Skies of Arcadia.
