Baby in his first appearance is a small white furred monkey who is only capable of crawling around inside his Monkey Ball. His hair is spiked into a point much like his mother and father's hairstyles, and he has their large swirl patterned ears as well. He is pie-eyed with black eyes in this version, and wears a large, pale blue diaper around his lower half and a yellow pacifier in his mouth. When the pacifier is removed his mouth is shaped like a small 'w' much like his mother's.
In Baby's later appearances his fur is now a light blue, his diaper is now a deeper blue with star patterns upon it, his eyes are now brown and as well as his yellow pacifier and diaper he now wears a bib around his neck and a visor over his eyes.

Super Monkey Ball 2[]
It is revealed in Super Monkey Ball 2 that Baby has come from the future in order to prevent Dr. Bad-Boon from ruining the relationship between AiAi and Mee Mee, preventing him from being born.
He, alongside his parents and GonGon set out to defeat Dr. Bad Boon and restore bananas to Jungle Island.
