Arms' appearance varies, in Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog he has a yellow and red paint scheme and shorter arms. In Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine he has a red paint scheme.

Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog[]
In Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog Arms was one of many Badniks sent to catch Sonic. Unfortunately for him, he was tricked into being dragged across water with Davy Sprocket.
Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine[]
In Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, Arms appears as the first opponent in game. Here he, along with other Badniks, were sent to catch Beans in order to robotize them. He was ultimately defeated by Has Bean.
