Altered Beast is a series of beat 'em up games from Sega involving humans transforming into various beasts. With the exception of Altered Beast (2005), the games are set in ancient times, with Zeus reviving a fallen champion to battle against the forces that oppose him and Olympus.

- Wreck-It Ralph - 2012, Film. Neff appears as a member of Ralph's Bad-Anon villains support group in his Van Vader purple rhino form, alongside Dr. Eggman and Cyril from The House of the Dead. Less obviously, Centurion's werewolf form also appears as a caricature portrait in Tapper's bar. Neff also has a caricature portrait.
- Hi sCoool! SeHa Girls - 2014, anime series. The Werebear appears in the Virtua Fighter segment - in addition, footage from the game is shown, and references are made to a fictional "Beast King Financial" company parodying the game.
- Power Drift - 2015, 3DS. Centurion appears in the Japanese Sega special edition in his Werebear form as a playable racer.
- Project X Zone 2 - 2015, 3DS. Centurion in his Werewolf form appears alongside Alex Kidd and Opa-Opa as part of Ulala's special attack.
- Sega Heroes - 2018, Mobile. Centurion and Neff were included as obtainable characters. Centurion can turn into his Werewolf form. Two additional Centurions were included to allow transformation into the Werebear and Weredragon forms. Neff appears again in his Van Vader form.
- Earth UFO Catcher - 2020, browser game. The Werewolf appears as a collectible item.
- 404 Game Re:Set - 2023, Mobile. Both an Anode and Cathode personification of Altered Beast appear in the game.
