Trivia[]
- Sega 3D Fukkoku Archives 3: Final Stage includes the game. The end credits of the full game involve amusing scenarios with the aliens, such as having them as an Out Run car upgrade at a pit stop. One alien joins the Out Run boyfriend after his girlfriend leaves the car and gets in with someone else. Together they travel across the country. The box art also has an image of Mary drawn by Pokemon artist, Ken Sugimori.
- The Game Gear version of Alien Syndrome states it takes place five years after the original, technically making it a sequel.
- The PSP and Wii version takes place 100 years after the events of the first game in the series.
