Hi I’m new
This I just love.
The designer behind Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Tails' creator, Yasushi Yamaguchi, has shown his tribute to Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama, who sadly passed away on March 1, with an artwork of Sonic and Tails wearing the outfits of Dragon Ball characters Piccolo and Gohan respectively.
“If it weren’t for the great figure of Toriyama-sensei, Sonic’s influence would never have come to life,” Yamaguchi wrote today, sharing an artwork of Super Sonic he originally posted in 2022. “The relationship between [Sonic and Tails] in Sonic 2 was created based on the image of Piccolo and Gohan,” he added. “Therefore, without the work Dragon Ball, the relationship between these two would not exist today. Thank you very much, Mr. Toriyama.”

Sadly for Sega, their titles (which include Sonic Superstars, Endless Dungeon, and Total War: Pharaoh, among others) underperformed during the holiday period. As Sega puts it, the sales were "weak, poor, and sluggish". As of result, the company has issued a financial warning on social media.
Any thoughts?

In a recent interview with Japanese publication Beep21, Yasushi Yamaguchi (best known as the creator of Sonic character Tails) mentioned that he would like to make a 3D remake of Phantasy Star II (he worked as the game's 'Mechanical Design' artist) if ever given the chance.
It would have that 'anime' look seen in games like Genshin Impact but would retain the visual style inspired by Nobuyoshi Habara, one of the 1980s' most proflic anime directors.

Honestly, I would go for something like this.
